Sub: SBTET - Diploma Examinations – Mar/Apr -2016- Uploading of Examination Halls Information for generating the Seating Plan – Sending Advances towards the conduct of Diploma Examinations - Requested – Regarding.

With reference to the Subject cited above the Principals are requested to upload the Examination halls Information for preparing the Seating Plan and sending the advances for conduct of Diploma Examinations, Mar/Apr-2016 in the DOFP Portal (http://apsbtet.net/dofpportal).

A link is kept in the Menu for uploading the Examination Hall Information in the Principal’s login of dofpportal. 

All the Principals are requested to upload the information so as to generate the seating plan and to send the advances for conduct of examinations.

All the Principals are requested to bestow their personnel attention to upload the exam hall information and inform the concerned Head of Sections to download the fee paid data of students for conduct of practical examinations. 

The data contains all the fee paid candidates irrespective of their attendance. The heads of section concerned should allow the candidates to the practical examinations after checking their attendance and eligibility.
