                                With reference to the subject cited above, jumbling of invigilation faculty members amongst Private Polytechnics is implemented vide reference 1^st cited.

                        In this connection all the principals are further requested that the requirement of Invigilation staff is increasing between 24^th to 30^th March exams. Hence, enhancing staff invigilation are drafted as per the details furnished in the annexure enclosed herewith.

                        Therefore you are requested to bestow you personnel attention to conduct briefing session and relieve them well in advance to report at the attached institutions i.e., latest by one day in advance of commencement of examination, followed by a compliance report to be furnished to SBTET as requested wide reference cited, failing which the matter will be viewed seriously.
