                With reference to the subject cited above, you are aware that the mini spot  valuations camps are to be conducted with effect from 13-04-2016 within the districts to which certain  Govt.  /Aided/Private/II Shift Poly.,  in Engg. Colleges attached to as per the details furnished in the Annexure attached herewith.  Therefore the  Principals of identified  Mini spot valuation camp  are requested to  nominate the  Camp officer  and Asst. Camp Officers  with core staff  to discharge  various duties  with regard of  valuation of answer scripts  furnishing the data  to SBTET., T.S.  and  preservation of answer scripts  at the Institution . 

                In this regard the cluster Intuitions  are  already been instructed  vide  this office letter   cited under  reference 1   to furnish the list of eligible examiners  in their respective  subject  taught currently  and previously on or before  12-04-2016.

                Therefore you are requested to obtain and compile   the subject wise examiners list and allocate the   scripts accordingly  for early completion of  valuation process .  In case  of any shortage of examiners  or  issues related  thereto  may be furnished to  Dy. Secretary EE.1 by mail:dsee1sbtet@gmail.com in order to resolve at the earliest.  In view of  urgency  of  declaring  the results at the earliest  your co operation , earnestly solicited.
