Sub: - SBTET- Exams - Instant Diploma Examinations May/June-2016 for the candidates ofC- 09 scheme - Notification issued - Regarding. Ref: - As per the academic calendar 2015-16 of the DTE .
With reference to the subject cited above. I furnish herewith copies of the detailed notification inviting applications from the eligible candidates to appear for Instant Diploma Examination for C-09 scheme h;iving 02 backlogs put together for May/June-2016 commencing from 30-05-2016. In this regard, it is informed that the candidates who wish to appear for the examinations can register Online for the Examination by making Payment of prescribed fee from any of the APOnilne centres or through payment gateway i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. For this service, APOnline centres will collect service charges of Rs.15/- from the candidate per hall ticket for Normal and Late fee Rs.25/- for Tatkal Fee. The hall tickets can be printed from the same portal from 25-05-2016. The candidate has to obtain the signature on the hall ticket from the concerned Head of Section/Principal before appearing for the examination. Further. Principals arc requested to give the necessary instructions to the Head of Sections to sign on the hall tickets obtained from the APOnline/Payment gateway for subjects after thorough verification. 1. Al AA! AEJ/C/ CM/CC:P/C:T/EC/EE/ GT/HS/HMCT! \Ti Ml MNG/PKG/CI !ST of I" Year. 3'd. 4". S'" and 6'" semester C:-09 scheme with a maximum of02 hack logs by a candidate in al\ year, semesters put together. The URL for online examination fee payment is http://ousbtet.net/dofoportal. APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES TO APPEAR FOR THE INSTANT DIPLOMA EXAMINATIONS TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE BOARD DURING MAY/JUNE-2016, IN THE IDENTIFIED EXAM CENTERS ACROSS THE STATE. THE EXAM CENTERS WILL BE NOTIFIED IN THE BOARD WEBSITE www.sbtet.telangana.gov.in on 25-05-2016 BASING ON DEMOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS.
ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR INST ANT DIPLOMA EXAMINATION DURING MAY/JUNE-2016.
1. The Candidates shall be in regular rolls of Final year during academic year 2015-16 and appeared for exams in Oct/Nov-2015 or March/ April-2016 session, basing on Industrial Training slot.
2. The Candidates should not have more than two (02) backlog subjects(Theory, Practical or Both) put together. i.e. from I" year to 6'h semester.
3. The Candidates registered for instant exam shall appear for Examination in identified Examination Centres as mentioned on the Hall ticket.
4. The Travelling and Accommodation charges required, if any, are to be met by the candidate only.
5. Candidates desirous to apply for R.V, R.C for the subjects appeared in March/April- 2016 Diploma Examinations can also apply for Instant Exam. If they pass in R.V, R.C their fee will be refunded by SBTET and need not appear for the exam in such subjects.
NOTE:
I. The Candidates registered/appeared for Instant Examination are not eligible to appear for Winter Session of Supplementary examination.
2. The Candidates awarded punishments under Malpractice are not eligible.
3. Conduct of Practical exams will be within the scheduled dates of examination without clashing theory exams.
NOTE:
I. Acceptance of examination fee does not provide any right to the candidate to demand for the issue of hall ticket.
2. Detailed time-table of examinations shall be communicated by 23-05-2016.
3. Examination fee can be paid at APOnline or through payment gateway i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for all Diploma subjects.
4. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
5. Eligible Physically Handicapped candidates can generate Hall- tickets through AP Online centres online only
6. A student who is not eligible to sit for examination for any of the reason, shall forfeit the Examination Fee paid.
7. Detailed instructions regarding Examination Fee payment arc enclosed along with this notification.
